Open Question: Milwaukee or Minneapolis?

I currently live in a small town in central WI. I am moving by NEXT January and I want to make the right choice of where I'm going to live. It's between Milwaukee or Minneapolis right now. Which would you prefer to live in? Which is safer? Which has more things to do? Let me know your opinions because I'll be 18, living in an apartment, and just starting college. Thanks!... read more
